Courts way of communicating
Peter Duncan made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Peter Duncan to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Peter Duncan
Dear Ministry of Justice,
Hi you reported the last one as vexatious. That's fine. Now as a direct result of the court and police we no longer receive mail. I have been asking the court for legal aid form so we can appeal the case, as the alleged victims are now the aggressors, with the police as they arenz post whom signed a delivery as lisa. The delivery was not received and cost us $22600 as a result. Your legal aid team have repeatedly refused to provide the legal aid forms via grey valley couriers from Greymouth court.
Now as we were instructed by police to hand our po box key in as they cited lisa harassing them after 14 months. So the only way as our email is going to stop to contact us will be via grey valley couriers. Now as we took nz post to court for that amount and was dismissed. This dismissal then created our mail to no longer be delivered. Now our mail from beginning of October until is sitting somewhere. How does the court intended on contacting us from here? You can't post and we can't really afford to keep this email going.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Duncan
