Ministry of Housing and Urban Development requesting, under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information:

Thank you for your response to my previous OIA request - your reference
HUD2024-005776.

Could you please provide an update to the information provided in your
response and in particular the tables that were included in Annex One.

Could you also please provide an update on any further BRD underwrites
that have been exercised by the respective developers, the number of homes
acquired and the cost to the Crown to purchase the homes as well as
information relating to the on-selling of any of those acquired homes and
the sales price obtained.

Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate officials to respond.
You may expect a decision regarding your request to be sent to you as soon
as possible, but no later than 20 working days from the receipt of your
request. If we're unable to respond to your request by then, we'll notify
you of an extension of that timeframe.
