Dear Hutt City Council,
Please provide all documents, memos and meeting notes relating to the development of the parts of the proposed district plan relating to Sites of Significance to Maori and Highly Productive Land in respect of any consultation that occurred prior to the release of the proposed district plan, excluding inclusion in meeting agenda papers, with individuals, groups, and the public at large, specifically:
1) who was consulted (individuals, groups, agencies, entities, or other people)
2) how and when were the opportunities to be consulted notified by council
3) who was notified
4) were the general public notified
5) on what date(s) did consultation occur
6) who attended consultation meetings or supplied feedback via some other means
7) what feedback was recorded
