Regarding the recently proposed merger of the law and business faculties, please provide:

1. All communications, reports, documentation or other files created by the University of Auckland Vice-Chancellor or her office regarding the possibility of restructuring where the Faculty of Law sits within the University of Auckland including but not limited to the possibility of combining or merging the Faculty of Law with the Faculty of Business and Economics or any other Faculty between 1 October 2023 and 20 April 2024.

2. All communications, reports, documentation or other files created by the Acting Dean of Law (Warren Swain) at the University of Auckland regarding the possibility of restructuring where the Faculty of Law sits within the University of Auckland including but not limited to the possibility of combining or merging the Faculty of Law with the Faculty of Business and Economics or any other Faculty between 1 October 2023 and 20 April 2024.

3. All communications, reports, documentation or other files created by the Dean of Business (Susan Watson) at the University of Auckland regarding the possibility of restructuring where the Faculty of Law sits within the University of Auckland including but not limited to the possibility of combining or merging the Faculty of Law with the Faculty of Business and Economics or any other Faculty between 1 October 2023 and 20 April 2024.
