Names of officers for civil summons

Peter Duncan made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

Currently waiting for a response from New Zealand Police, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).

From: Peter Duncan

Dear New Zealand Police,
I am requesting the names and addresses for service of all your officers that have had involvement in the buller district council consumer guarantees act claim for purposes of summons to the social security appeal as we have no longer got any way of obtaining our mail due to nz post getting involved and creating a costs order against us. Now police and nz post got together and wrote up a harassment claim against lisa and as the police instructed whether lawful or not to no longer go where the nz post contractor goes. This has already affected directly government entities adversely, now this is best heard directly from the people concerned in Wellington. Ms Jacqueline corner,Mark kirkwood and others ,west coast district area commander is one of, need her address for service as with the arresting officers and all others involved, such as our minister for police also. We can't pay bills if we can't receive them , and this is a direct result of our government. We have consumer guarantees act against nz post also which is not being met. The police have aided in this, instead of being a part of the solution.

Yours faithfully,
Peter duncan, lisa capell, nee young.
