Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,
1. Please provide a breakdown of the total number of contracts past and present with their respective current and anticipated (if still active) final fee values between Kainga Ora and Daum&Co.
2. Please confirm whether transport and accommodation is included within these contracts and what is the total current and anticipated costs for these particular items for each contract.
3. Please provide explanation on how Kainga Ora has complied with the Government Procurement rules for the engagement working for the Urban Development & Delivery Group.

I refer to your official information request dated 18 October 2024 for
information related to Daum & Co.
The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 16 December 2024.
This extension is required as consultations necessary to make a decision
on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made
within the original time limit.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
