I am writing to formally request information under the Official Information Act 1982 related to my eviction from my rental property at 7 wren street taihape 4720 and the subsequent trespass notice issued against me by my landlord, as well as any relevant communications involving the Taihape Police and emergency services.
Specifically, I request the following:
1. A complete copy of any notes, records, or communications related to the decision to evict me from my rental property in March 2023.
2. A copy of the trespass notice that was issued against me by my landlord in March 2023.
3. A complete copy of all communications between the Taihape Police and my landlord or any relevant parties related to my eviction or the trespass notice.
4. A copy of any 111 emergency calls made in relation to Darren Playford, including transcripts or audio recordings of these calls, and any associated reports or documentation.
5. Any other relevant documents, records, or communications regarding the actions taken by the landlord, the police, or any other authority in connection with my eviction or the trespass notice.
I understand that under the Official Information Act, you are required to respond to my request within 20 working days. If you require any additional information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please provide the requested documents in digital format if possible.
