Dear Wellington Regional Council,
I understand some years ago WRC donated an old English Electric multiple unit, named Phoenix to the National Railway Museum located in Christchurch, on the proviso that the unit be displayed in the museum in Christchurch. Am a requesting all the information around this donation, including any recent correspondence between the museum and the council in regards to the units disposal to a private individual and if there were any conditions attached to that.
