Dear KiwiRail,

This is an Official Information Act request.

Please provide the detailed Critical Path Analysis Gantt chart for moving the CRL project into full operation.

It would be appreciated if the data was presented in two formats, as follows;

1) A multi-page pdf Gantt Chart, either A3 or A2 size, graphically showing the durations of all tasks and the dependencies between them AND

2) An Excel spreadsheet of the data represented in the Gantt Chart that lists the following for each Task
- ID
- Name
-Duration
- Scheduling method (asap, alap etc)
- Predecessor tasks
- Successor tasks
- Free slack
