Can you please provide me with the following:

1. Cost expended with the ECI Contractor (Downer and HEB) between February 2022 and the closing of the Project.
2. Can you please provide me with a breakdown in connection with the above costs.
3. Can you please provide evidence that these costs were approved in accordance with KiwiRail's delegations of Authority, noting that all of these costs were outside of the budget?

Good afternoon Adrian

I'd like to acknowledge receipt of your official information request dated 4 August 2024, for information on ECI contractor spend - as noted below (although we note the subsequent amendment to change the date range to Feb 2023 - the end of the Project).
We received your request on 5 August 2024, and will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 2 September 2024, i.e. the 20 working days after the day your request was received.
If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
