Status of Force Agreement for NZ Peacekeepers working in Sudan

B Mulholland made this Official Information request to New Zealand Defence Force

The request was successful.

From: B Mulholland

Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

I write to request information relating to a Status of Force Agreement between the United Nations and the NZDF for NZ troops sent to Sudan to work as peacekeepers under UNMIS.

In the absence of the existence of a Status of Forces Agreement, can I please have access to a Memorandum of Understanding or something similar.

Yours faithfully,

Ms. B. Mulholland
