The answer to this question was returned on time but misfiled against another OIA request (Air Surveillance Complementary Capability). It has been declined under section 18(d) of the Act by Ben McLachlan, Senior Ministerial Advisor to Ron Mark on the basis that these Cabinet papers will be released on the MoD website before the end of the year. The figures are available now, are in the public interest, not sensitive and are to be proactively released (perhaps). Smells bad IMO.
