Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

The Chinese Embassy to New Zealand recently hosted a reception to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army. I understand this was attended by some NZDF staff.

I would like to request copies of any materials produced by NZDF for any speeches or presentations made by NZDF staff at this event (speech notes, for instance).
