I am seeking any information retained in relation to the occupancy or use of land at the top of Nevay Road, designated 222-234 Nevay road on google maps, or Section 7 SO 477035 on the WCC property maps, including road reserve nearby.
Specifically, I am seeking the following:
1) Is the occupancy of this land and road reserve known to the council.
2) Is anything being done to manage this use of land and road reserve.
3) Does the council endorse this use of land and road reserve.
4) Is there any further information or communication retained relating to this land or road reserve.
