Dear Land Information New Zealand,

I would like to make an official information request.
The request is specific to a title lodgement with LINZ for the development of 57 residential units/lots located at 44 Millbrook Road, Henderson Auckland. The lodgement may be under the new private road name of Ara Mara Hua, Henderson, Auckland.

I would like a copy of correspondence specific to the application for new titles and reasoning for the delays with receiving these and what has caused those delays.
