We are writing to advise you we have partially transferred your request to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). That is, your request for an update on the deportation, including any reasons for delay and anticipated date of deportation. This is because your request for this information is more closely connected with the functions of MBIE. We are required under section 14(b)(ii) to transfer your request in such circumstances.
