On 17 April 2024, you requested CCTV footage for the intersection of Mount
Wellington Highway and Ellerslie Panmure Highway between 7:30PM and 7:45PM
on 3 April 2024.

Unfortunately, we have no footage available relating to your request. 
Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
footage does not exist.
