Dear Health New Zealand,

A previous OIA response dated 27th February showed a series of emails that were sent by Steve Kirsch to the executive team at Health New Zealand. Mr Kirsch raised serious concerns about data released by NZ Whistleblower Barry Young and his analysis showing significant numbers of excess deaths associated with the Pfizer vaccine. There were a number of emails sent, offers to discuss and talk, requests for Ministry of Health's own analysis by their experts and as far as I can tell there was no response. On the 13th December he mentioned that following notification and the executive team at Health NZ being notified and not acting they could be held criminally liable. As it stands I understand there has still been no response. Are you able to provide

- The vaccination data for New Zealanders including total number of vaccinations given, total number of people that have died after receiving a vaccination, date of death, age, and gender for the period after December 13, 2023.
- Any analysis completed by the Ministry of Health on the data released by Steve Kirsch or your own internal databases. Please let me know what teams, epidemiologists consultants did the analysis. If no analysis was done, please explain why.
- All internal communications, including emails, texts, instant messages, WhatsApp messages, formal and informal memos between Health NZ staff notified by Steve Kirsch discussing excess deaths, Barry Young and Steve Kirsch.
- Please ensure the executive team members who received these communications are signatories to this response.
- Please also publish vaccinations given and total number of people who have sadly passed included on the letterhead response as well as in excel format.
- Any memos, formal / informal, communications discussing excess deaths and potentially taking the Pfizer vaccine out of circulation (note Astrazeneca is no longer available) which functions the same as the Pfizer vaccine

I also submitted a previous OIA requesting the total spend on lawyers / consultants to erase the data. Can you please update this request to provide the total spend on these consultants. I note Mr Kirsch has offered to remove the data himself if he can discuss what it shows with experts in New Zealand - why doesn't Health NZ just do the analysis and have the discussion with Steve Kirsch and get the information removed without using lawyers? Surely that is a better use of taxpayers money?

In the interest of getting this resolved quickly given the potential criminality and negligence associated with these warnings I will be putting in complaints with Health and Disability Commissioner, Ombudsman, Justice and Police.

It might be that the data released can be easily refuted by NZ epidemiologists - surely a number of the media personalities you have rolled out have opinions / evidence to the contrary?

With Health NZ attempting to lock Mr Young up and erasing the data from the internet it only fuels conspiracies. I think New Zealanders are only looking for transparency.

Please not some of the internal comms might be a double up with another OIA that Mr Bell has requested where it appears you are currently attempting to curate that into something that doesn't implicate anybody.
