Your request for official information, reference: HNZ00060677
Thank you for your email on 13 August 2024, asking Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for the
following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): Please see outlined below a response to
each part of your request.
“1. The vaccination data for New Zealanders including total number of vaccinations given,
total number of people that have died after receiving a vaccination, date of death, age, and
gender for the period after December 13, 2023.
This information was provided to you on 15 August 2024 in our response to your previous OIA
request, HNZ00053761.
2. The above is the date that Health NZ were notified that the vaccine is responsible for the
excess deaths we are seeing. I would like to see how many people have died following
vaccination after the date in which the Health NZ executives were notified they were killing
people.
Under the Act, a distinction exits between information held by an agency (official information),
versus the need for an agency to provide comment or an opinion, and therefore create information.
Part two of your request asks Health NZ to provide comment or an opinion, and is therefore not
considered to be requesting information under the Act.
3. Total cost to date for cyber, legal, any and all consultants engaged to erase the Barry
Young data from the internet.
Our latest total calculated for Simpson Grierson’s and Clyde & Co’s fees for work on this
aspect is a total of $31,693.24 excluding GST. They have provided a range of services,
including taking steps to remove Health NZ confidential data from the internet and prevent
further unauthorised access or disclosure of it.
4. All correspondence / escalation to Leigh and the person that has been omitted from this
response from Barry Young about his concerns and what the process was to analyse this
data (effectively any and all correspondence between Barry Young and whoever he was
reporting to about the data)
5. All of the teams / persons that Health NZ has in-house / external that analysed /
completed the expert review of Mr Youngs data - notably completed by Leigh Donoghue
and the scope / terms of the analysis
Health NZ does not hold any correspondence regarding escalation of or about Mr Young’s
concerns and/or analysis of the data involved in the alleged unauthorised data breach by Mr
Young. Therefore, this part of your request is refused under section 18(e) of the Act as the
information requested does not exist.
6. The time series cohort analysis of the vaccine data, person(s) experts who completed
this review and then their conclusions associated.”
Health NZ has not completed any such analysis. Therefore, this part of your request is refused
under section 18(e) of the Act, as the information requested does not exist.
