Dear Official Information,

The owner of the unit has paid for the CCC invoice already. However, we
are interested in understanding the form to better gather the required
documents and prepare for the CCC submission. This will help avoid
back-and-forth RFIs, reducing wasted admin time for both us and the
council. So it will be greatly appreciated if we can get a copy of the
AC1326 document. Thank you!

comfortable releasing client information such as building address. The
