Dear KiwiRail,

I am asking for the emails, documents and meetings/meeting notes on the decision to for kiwirail to no longer give out incident reports.
Previously kiwirail has followed through on these requests

Dear KiwiRail,

I am asking you to respond as by law you should have responded no later than June 27th. If you do not respond this week I am contacting the ombudsman.
Since you replied to my other OIA it stands reasonable that you have revived these emails.

Good evening

Thank you for your enquiry as noted below.

The decision to decline these requests was been made in conjunction with KiwiRail's General Manager Technology, and Head of Security following a Teams discussion held on 27 May 2024.
There are no records of this call.

We also note, that the incident report referred to was not released by KiwiRail but by GWRC in 2018.
