All communications if any, to Te Papa calling for the removal or taking down of the Treaty of Waitangi display.

All risk/threat assessments and health and safety reports carried out after receiving the above communications or before the Treaty display was vandalised.

All risk/threats assessments and health and safety reviews carried out after the Treaty display was vandalised.

All communications regarding the Un silence event held at Tākina.

All risk/threat assessments and health and safety reports concerning the event.
