Information Act 1982:

 

1.       I request under the official information act copies of any advice
you, your office, or Te Arawhiti provided on the constitutional alignment
of the Maori Health Authority and whether it is consistent with, or
progresses Treaty of Waitangi obligations. This includes any advice given
to the Minister of Health, the Ministry of Health and/or Transition team
in DPMC.

 

The information you requested is held by The Office of Māori Crown
Relations: Te Arawhiti (the agency). It has been agreed that your request
be transferred to the agency for response under section 14 of the Act as
the information requested is more closely connected with the functions of
the agency.
