We’ve almost finished the response to your OIA request. I’m getting in
touch with you to advise of an extension under s15A(1)(b) of the OIA as we
are undertaking consultation prior to releasing the information.  The
extension is for one week until Monday 17 October.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman about the
extension under s28(3) of the OIA.

available. Do you have any external member on your panel, if so, how did
you call for public expression of interest, e.g. from seek etc. What is
the current term of appointment for it's member and their pay rate for
services.
