Rainbow Tick Accreditation.
We have identified that your request will likely require substantial
collation and research and in accordance with Section 17 (f) of LGOIMA may
be refused if it cannot be met without substantial collation and research.
We would like to provide you with some useful information and welcome you
to refine your request by:
o Restricting the scope of the request by focussing on particular search
terms or people;
o Specifying what documentation you would like
o Specifying departments or Auckland Council staff
o Providing specific questions that we could answer
If you would like to make a refinement please let me know by tomorrow if
possible and we will reconsider your request.
Please note that if your request involves the research and collation of
substantial information we may impose a charge for the information or
refuse it in accordance with s17(f) of the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987

we have some information to refine your request –
