Ridership of the 783 bus

Erika Whittome made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

The request was partially successful.

From: Erika Whittome

Dear Auckland Transport,

The 783 bus was to be replaced with a feeder bus to the train station some years ago. This proposal was shared to the public. However the bus remains and there is no feeder bus to the train station.

Would you kindly share the ridership data for this bus? eg
Average Riders per bus or occupancy on week days
Average riders per bus or occupancy on weekends.
Any cost analysis or viability studies on the 781 route.

Thanks very much.

Yours faithfully,

Erika Whittome
