2. A copy of the chief executive's notice to Fairfax Media that granted them permission to export their photographic archive.
3. Any file notes, internal and external correspondence, and any other relevant information generated in respect of Fairfax's application.

Thank you for your timely response. What I was trying to determine with the third item I requested was the rationale for the Ministry's decision in this matter. The agreement of 16 May 2013 that was included in your response satisfies this. I don't believe I need to make any further request about this.
