Request for list of documents regarding the arrangement with the Internet Archive

Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

I wish to see a list of documents and correspondence between the National Library of New Zealand and the Internet Archive, based in the United States, relating to the export of books from the Overseas Collections.

That list should include the Export Agreement itself, as well as a list of the correspondence prior to and after the Agreement was made, and any correspondence regarding amendments to the Agreement made after the "pause" by the National Library to the Agreement.

The list should state the date of the letter/Agreement and a brief statement of the content.

I also request a summary of the current status of all agreements made between the National Library and the Internet Archive in the last six years.
