Good afternoon Mr. Carnachan,

 

We Apologise for the time it has taken to respond to your original request
dated 29 February 2024 question 2, I request copies of all emails, text
messages and briefing papers sent/received by RDC staff and councilors
relating to Kainga Ora's announcement yesterday (Feb 28)that it is
cancelling the Teitei Drive social housing scheme. Note - this is internal
correspondence so is not to be passed off to other agencies Ms Flonk..   

 

Part of this request was provided to you in correspondence dated 28 March
2024 and 11 April 2024.  The entire executive leadership team, Mayor and
all but one eleceted member have responded to supplying all text messages
sent or received on the day relating to Kāinga Oras announcement of 28
February 2024.  Attached are screen shots of text messages received / sent
by the Mayor and Clive Manley.  The Mayors, receieved text message was
from the Chronicle. 

We hope that this response satisfies your request sufficiently without
requiring a response from all RDC staff as per your initial request.
