Parent Category Visa Question
A KS made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
The request was successful.
From: A KS
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
There are two questions
1. Here is the link to your answer to the previous OIA
https://fyi.org.nz/request/25022/respons...
Page 99 tells about birth certificate. It says " we have developed the attached guidelines for that for each scenario" I think some lines above it is referring to the issues like BC Unavailable, no name and no parent's name
Could you share the guidelines related to these questions for the BC on Page 99.
I am not sure if they are included in the same document
2. Could you tell for parent category
how many applications were submitted in December 2023,
how many applications were declined from those submitted in Dec 2023
how many applications were accepted for processing from those submitted in Dec 2023
how many applications are with case officer from those submitted in Dec 2023
how many applications are in a queue ( no case officer) from those submitted in Dec 2023
What is the estimated time frame of all applications from Dec 2023 to have case officers and moved out of the queue
I understand that you may be publishing this info on website in March as was done in February but I am not sure if the website will have the exact information that I have requested.
Yours faithfully,
A KS
