The documents in scope of Parts 3 and 4 of your request are currently
being prepared for proactive release. We must therefore refuse these parts
of your request under section 18(d) of the Act. However, in the interests
of transparency, please find below a list of papers in scope of your
request that MBIE will make available on our website:

 

However, I have checked the MBIE document library and I can only find
Parent category documents from 2019 and nothing from 2022.

Could you check if the documents mentioned in the above OIA response were
released and can you point to the right URL links or can attach them in
the response of this OIA request.

 

In addition to the 6 documents mentioned in the above response, please
provide the following 3 documents too
