On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I
acknowledge your email of 17 September 2023 requesting under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

‘1. Can you disclose the number of EOIs in the QUEUED pool submitted on or
before 30 September 2018 and waiting for selection. Please share the
number of applicants in those EOIs.

 

2. Can you disclose the number of EOIs submitted in the QUEUED pool before
12 October 2022 and waiting for selection. Please share the number of
applicants in those EOIs.

 

3. Can you disclose the number of EOIs submitted in the BALLOT pool after
12 October 2022 and waiting for selection. Please share the number of
applicants in those EOIs.

 

4.Can I please request the latest numbers for the table below at the time
of response?

 

For Nov'22, Feb'23 ,May'23 , August 2023 Queue selections:

later than 13 October 2023, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then,
