Another Question regarding Parent residency EOI details

A KS made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: A KS

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

This is my second question for parent residency EOI.

My query is regarding the parent residency EOI's which have been in the submitted stage ( which are in the queue since 2015 till now and not selected for application yet).

I am aware that since Oct 2019 , INZ has updated the sponsorship income criteria, stopped accepting new EOI's and will start accepting from Feb 2020 and the tier 1 and tier 2 EOI's will be merged into a single EOI queue.

Therefore could you please provide me the following data

Data 2:-

Number of EOI's submitted by month, year and how many meet new sponsor income criteria ( declared in Oct 2019) ( preferably in excel format )

Here's the example of the structure of the desired data

Number of EOI' s submitted , Month, Year , How many EOI's meet new sponsor income criteria

120 JUNE , 2016 ,20
130 JULY , 2016 ,30
.......
150 Aug , 2018 ,60
.......................
150 Aug , 2019 ,80

Number of EOI's submitted can be split by Tier 1/Tier 2 ( or total of Tier 1 and Tier 2) either way is fine.

I am aware that people may still be updating their EOI's , so I am fine if data is as at current state or few months old .

Yours faithfully,

A KS
