I would like to know how to access benefit history for my brother who passed away in 2011. We are needing to prove to the high court whether or not my brother was on a joint or single benefit at the time of his death and prior.

Unfortunately, your email does not provide details that identify who you or your late brother are. Therefore, before I can proceed would you please reply to this email with the following information for both yourself and your late brother.
1) Full name and date of birth
2) Current/last known address details and
3) Work and Income client number (if known)
