Dear Ministry of Social Development,

Today I am reading an article by privacy commissioner around Winston Peters and his overpayment of superannuation.

A quote from the article, “ ... that the MSD form completed by Mr Peters was ambiguous (the form has since been updated).“

I am surprised a form that has been in use for years and used by hundreds of people would have been ambiguous to a person as well educated as Mr Peters.

Under OIA I request:

1. A copy of the original form and the updated form.

2. Any Infomation around how long that ambiguous form was used.

3. Any Infomation around the number of people who had over payments due to that ambiguous form.

I acknowledge the workload the MSD and WINZ teams must be under, I am happy to receive the information when time permits outside the legal 20 working days.
