Dear Ministry of Social Development,
Could you please provide the following information:
1. Any internal time standards (target elapsed time, max elapsed time) the Ministry has for processing applications for support (Jobseeker, accomodation sup, etc), and the Review of Decision process to completion. (I understand these are call National Standards internally). Notwithstanding the examples I've used, a full list would be appreciated.
2. National data for the last two quarters indicating performance against these standards.
3. Data from 2), broken down by service centre.
