Your request for "any information including the case summaries and court
transcripts relating to George Charlie Baker and the murder of Liam John
Ashley" has been received by NZ Police.

Section 12(1) of the Official Information Act provides that requests can
only be made by New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, people in New
Zealand, and bodies corporate that are incorporated or have a place of
business in New Zealand.

Police would like to satisfy itself that you are eligible to make a
request under the OIA. Police asks that you provide supporting information
as to your eligibility, such as your New Zealand postal address, or a
personal email address indicating a NZ domain, or NZ phone number on which
I can contact you, or any identity documentation.
