Dear Department of Conservation,

Thank you for your reply- OIAD 3537

I am not happy with your response and have you checked what you have said within your response. Many boards still don't have their minutes and agenda up to date, taking East Coast Hawke's Bay as an example, there are still no minutes for 2023 meetings

My previous request has not been properly answered and what I have requested has not been fulfill. I like to seek immediate action from the DOC to fix this issue.

Thank you for following up on our response to OIAD-3537.

 

Due to Cyclone Gabrielle, East Coast Hawkes Bay Conservation Board only
had one meeting this year, in April/May. The minutes of that meeting are
presently unconfirmed. The Board meets tomorrow and minutes will be
confirmed at that meeting and they will be uploaded to the website within
the week.
