Dear Department of Conservation,
I noted there are many issues relating to your Conservation Board Meetings minutes, many conservation boards did not have up to date meeting minutes and agenda open to public to view. Just to give you an example below,
Southland only have 2 meeting minutes online for 2022, and 3 meeting agendas for 2022
Canterbury Aoraki only have meeting minutes and agendas to 2022 and there is no items online for 2023.
East Coast Hawke's Bay has no meeting minutes and agenda for 2023.
Taranaki/Whanganui has no meeting agenda for 2023 and only two meeting minutes for 2022
Chatham Islands has only one meeting minute for 2023 and no meeting agenda for 2023
To ensure public transparency, I would like to request all agenda and meeting minutes from 1st Jan 2022 to 2nd Nov 2023 for New Zealand's 15 conservation boards. I hope by doing this OIA request would encourage each boards to keep up to date their meeting minutes and agendas for all people of New Zealand.
