Dear Privacy Commissioner,
I would like ALL Official Information which the Privacy Commissioner's Office holds about the two following requests
I would like a copy of the most recent internal policy that you have in regards to the complaints process in regards to managing
1) privacy breach
and 2) correction of information requests
I would like to request a copy of the role and responsibilities of the investigator role in relation to managing privacy request complaints and correction of information requests
The reason for the request of information is because of my dis-satisfaction with the service I have received by the Privacy Commissioner's Office, therefore I am wanting to understand the reason for the level of service I've received

Dear OIA,
I wanted to clarify the legitimacy of the document, as I've been provided with information of the investigation process by the Privacy Commissioner which is a daft pdf named Decision Guide,
Investigations and Dispute, Resolution which was last updated in August 2022. Can you please confirm that the document that you have sent as part of the response of the OIR for me to review is the most recent and updated copy of the privacy policy for investigating complaints.

As indicated in our response to you, this is our draft Decision Guide and
is currently being internally reviewed. It is the current guide at the
present time. It is anticipated that our internal review will be
completed by the end of the year.
