Mr Joe (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Long Bay College

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Long Bay College should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Mr Joe (Account suspended)

Dear Long Bay College,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request access to certain information under the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).

Specifically, I am seeking copies of the minutes and agendas of the last 24 school board meetings held at Long Bay College. This information is of public interest and I believe it will contribute to a better understanding of the governance and decision-making processes within the school.

I request that the information be provided in electronic format.

I understand that, under the LGOIMA, you are required to respond to my request as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 20 working days from the date of receipt.

If any part of my request is to be declined, I request that you provide reasons for the refusal as stipulated by the Act.

Should you require any further clarification or details to process this request, please do not hesitate to reply.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Joe
