13/10/23 In the email to Renee on the 16th June 2023, a red line was redacted and related to the statement around 44 homes. We have been enquiring about the remaining 2 lots as there are actually 46 lots being developed for residential.
10:43PM
Please provide the un redacted copy of the statement as it is clearly hiding the point of the additional 2 lots.
Please provide all information and documents and emails that relate to the 45th and 46th lots.
These were acknowledged in our letter to you of 19 October 2023 (sent to
your personal email), which acknowledged these requests and several
others. We advised you that we are treating these additional requests as
one request, and notified you of an extension of time to make our
decision, to 28 March 2024. If we can respond sooner, we will do so.
We advised you that in accordance with section 15A(1)(a) of the Act, this
extension is necessary because your request necessitates a search through
a large quantity of information and meeting the original time limit would
unreasonably interfere with our operations. You have the right to seek an
investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information
about how to make a complaint is available at
[2]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

Dear Kainga Ora Correspondence,
I do not accept the aggregating of requests into a single OIA and the extension of time until march 2024. Many of these questions the information is readily available and should be responded to in a timely manner.
Thus I request each OIA is dealt with on an individual basis and responded to individually to their respective threads.
As has been seen in previous followups where Kainga Ora has responded on an aggregated basis, questions have gone unanswered and missed.
Yours sincerely,
Barry Murphy

Dear Kainga Ora Correspondence,
I remind you that this request has not been responded to in the correct manner, to the email address it was received from. I am submitting requests on behalf of many members, so should all be treated individually; this way you are less likely to receive the same question over and over from multiple members; though this has occurred from time to time as KO fails to respond adequately and truthfully.
As stated, I do not accept responses on other threads and expect this OIA to be responded to within the original time frame.
Yours sincerely,
Barry Murphy
