Kāinga Ora has replied to 30 of your emails and requests. The first
received on 18 July 2023. We are considering the other 19 requests under
the terms of the Official Information Act. If you are dissatisfied with
the responses you have received or with our handling of your requests then
you may make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman on each of the points you
are dissatisfied with.

 

Through your requests you have the information that is available on this
development. Much of this information is now accessible online for all
members of the public to review at [1]Teitei Drive :: Kāinga Ora – Homes
and Communities (kaingaora.govt.nz).

 

In the future, we will not respond to further emails, such as these seven
received on 14 November, which express your opinion and do not constitute
new requests for official information as defined under the terms of the

Thank you for your email. Kāinga Ora can confirm that you will receive a
response under the OIA, in due course. We also note that Kāinga Ora
extended the timeframe for response on this OIA (amongst numerous others
that you submitted over a short period of time last year) to 29 March
2024. This extension decision was made under the OIA.

Please find a response to your 12 October 2023 request for official
information made to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities.

 

As previously stated in correspondence from Kāinga Ora in October 2023,
this request was one of 13 requests that were made in quick succession
between 11 and 13 October 2023 that were combined and treated as one
request, with an extended due date for response given at the time of
acknowledgement.

 

This is the third response in relation to the 13 requests made. The
request response provided is known as request 4.
