Dear Auckland Council,

A Google Search for Cleanfill site locations in Auckland directed me to
this site:

It contains a link to this file:

The format (pagination) of that document is terrible, making data
extraction time-consuming and illegible to machine-reading technology. I
would like that information in xls or csv format, please. Preferably
re-publication on the Council website, or in the alternative, an email
copy will suffice.

Dear Official Information,

Thanks for the prompt response. I am not requesting that you create new
information - I am requesting a legible copy of the existing information
you already have. If you were to look at the pdf file I am asking about,
you would see that the column containing the "Legacy Application Number"
is cropped too narrow rendering many of the reference numbers incomplete.

I dispute your statement that "the online copy is the only format [you]
have". It is quite clearly exported from your database or an Excel
spreadsheet. I am asking for this existing data held in your database to
be supplied in an Excel format, please.
