As the Teteii Drive project is said to be cost neutral to rate payers, or cost positive, please provide the following information.

1./ Please provide the costing or estimates of future maintenance RDC will need to pay, i.e.
- $x per annum for swales
- $x per annum for detention ponds maintenance
- $x per annum for pumping station maintenance
- $x per annum for power for street lighting
- $x per annum for road maintenance
- $x per annum for mowing berms
- $x for any other known expenses

I still await answer to this question that was submitted 29th September and Acknowledged by RDC on 9th October.

An answer was due by 31st October but has yet to have any further responses even after we have followed up on:
14th November
28th November
11th February
And once again today.
