This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Cole Hulme to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Cole Hulme

Dear Auckland Transport,

I request the summary informarion for insurance purposes, as it would make the process easier and less expensive for my partner. There are two traffic light cameras either side of the incident scene, Im hoping they havw caught something between 6pm and 9pm on the 27th of September. There is yellow paint left on the car that was hit, indicating the vehicle had yellow paint on it. There are road workers working there today and they have some damage, but without evidence we're being accusitory. Thank you for your consideration.

Yours faithfully,
Cole Hulme

Kia ora Cole,

We are unable to provide you with the requested information.

On the 28 September 2023, you requested CCTV footage near St Chad’s Church
on 27 September 2023 between 1800 – 2100.
We don't hold any footage relevant to your request because there is no
operating AT asset (camera) at or near that location. We do have a camera
at the intersection of St Johns/Remuera Road, however it is currently
offline due to recent upgrades.

Therefore, your request is refused under section 17(e) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
footage requested does not exist.

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review how we have responded to
