In additional, please provide details and plans that AT has regarding the
EWL redesign.

We refer to your request for official information dated 26 June 2018

Please provide information concerning or explaining details of “East West

In our view, it would have been necessary under section 14 of the Act to
transfer this part( please provide details and plans that AT has regarding
the EWL redesign)of your request to the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) as the
information you requested is held by the NZTA . However, we are aware that
you have already made a similar request to the NZTA and therefore, under
these circumstances, we are not required to transfer this request.

 

Auckland Transport does not believe we hold any additional relevant
information that is not already held by the NZTA.
