I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* What guidelines are provided to staff on the provision of
interpreting and translation services to patients? I would like a
copy of whatever documents or training materials are provided to
staff, as well as any updated guidance issued in the last six

this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the

I will update FYI's email address for the DHB as per the response above.

It seems emailing direct to the CEO and complaining to the ombudsman has caused a whole new OIA section and email address to be added to the website: http://www.huttvalleydhb.org.nz/content/...
