This is a request for information under the Official Information Act 1982.

Please supply a copy of the Guidance on mapping to support applications for recognition of customary interests under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 Version 1.0 of 24 July 2023.

Please supply a copy of the interim guidelines for mapping recognition orders of 14 April 2022 (as referred to in JUDGMENT OF CHURCHMAN J [Ngāti Pāhauwera Stage 2] para 58).

Please also provide copies of the relevant gazette notices for each of the above.
