Dear The Treasury,
Treasury has stated pre-budget that "working for families" reforms was "highest priority".
I would like to request all forms of communication and advice from The Treasury between individuals or entities within government agencies including Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Business Innovation & Employment, Ministry of Pacific Peoples, Kainga Ora, Treasury, Te Whatu Ora, Inland Revenue, the Maori Health Authority, Social Wellbeing Agency, and the Prime Minister’s office. Communication should relate to a request from Manaiakalani Education Trust for funding education related to digital equity proposals for low income learner in the 2023/2024 budget.
Dates to cover from 01 April 2022 to 01 July 2023. It should encompass various types of communication, including but not limited to:
Written documents: This includes letters, memos, reports, briefing papers, emails, faxes, and other written correspondences.
Internal and external correspondence: Communications between government officials, departments, and agencies, as well as communications with external entities such as businesses, individuals, other government bodies, and non-governmental organizations.
Meeting records: Minutes, agendas, notes, and any other documentation related to meetings held within government agencies, whether internal or with external parties.
Official reports and studies: Documents produced by government agencies, such as research reports, feasibility studies, policy analysis, and impact assessments.
Policies and guidelines: Any official documents that outline policies, guidelines, procedures, or instructions issued by government agencies.
Audio or video recordings: Recordings of meetings, interviews, conferences, or any other form of audio or video communication that has been documented and archived by government agencies.
Social media communications: Records of communications made through official social media accounts managed by government agencies.
